Á «MAGNESIUM ZINC» : THE MANTION ADVANTAGE: In the building industry, most products have a Z275 zinc protection: resistance to salt spray and red rust: 200 h For optimal quality, all the Mantion profiles are coated with magnesium zinc (without chromium) in order to preserve all the qualities to all weather: resistance to salt spray and red rust: 800 h !!!! Á DIP-GALVANIZING: Mantion tracks are dip-galvanized (Sendzimir). Apart for the reinforced density of the galvanizing, this technique is the only way to uniformly protect all parts of the track (including the interior part). Á GALVANIZING PROPERTIES: Zinc has the property of regenerating itself by surface recovering if it is altered, e.g: scraped or scratched. Thus, a track, after being scratched or cut recovers its protection entirely through galvanization. The MANTION treatment: Sendzimir Z350 process allows recovering of up to 2 mm recovering. Á HIGH LIMIT ELASTICITY STEEL: To ensure the highest possible quality in our products, Mantion rolls HLE (High Limit of Elasticity) steels also used in the automotive industry. This process requires complete mastery of rolling techniques. It results in a track, that is thinner and thus lighter and more resistant to wear.
